Afternoon: sightseeing in Munich Free time - discover Munich by yourself Marienplatz, New Town Hall and Frauenkirche in the center of Munich Maximilianeum, Nymphenburg Castle and many other magnificent buildings Hofbräuhaus, German Museum, Allianz Arena und many more attractions (Accommodation in Munich)

 

Monday, 25th June 2012 --- Bus transfer to Landshut --- Morning: 2nd stage in Landshut Sprint orienteering race in the park area "Landshuter Hofgarten" Various park terrain with open and forested areas Parts of the courses in the area of Trausnitz Castle

Afternoon: sightseeing in Landshut Guided tours in the old town with St. Martin Church and Landshut Residence Guided tours through Trausnitz Castle Permanent Orienteering Course in the "Landshuter Hofgarten" --- Bus transfer to Regensburg --- (Accommodateion in Regensburg)

 

Tuesday, 26th June 2012 Morning: 3rd stage near Regensburg Middle distance race in Mitteldistanz in challenging rocky terrain Welcome to the famous "Rocks Paradise" Rocks and boulders in varous shapes and sizes - precise navigation is the key! Open, good runnable forest

Afternoon: free time Leisure time in Regensburg - relax and enjoy the UNESCO World Heritage Town Evening: boat trip from Regensburg to Walhalla with Bavarian buffet and music Sociable "Bavarian Evening" on a Danube river boat (Accommodation in Regensburg)

 

Wednesday, 27th June 2012 Morning: 4th stage in Regensburg Sprint orienteering race in the historical town center of Regensburg Navigation through the durch die winding alleys with Italian flair Past all the famous sights of Regensburg Excellent runnability und interesting route choices

Thursday, 28th June 2012 --- Bus transfer to Hiltpoltstein --- Morning: 5th stage in Hiltpoltstein Long distance race in the impressive rocky terrain called Franconian Switzerland Orienteering in the climbing paradise of Franconia Open, good runnable terrain --- Bus transfer to Bamberg ---

Friday, 29th June 2012 --- Bus transfer to Coburg --- Morning: 6th stage in Coburg Sprint orienteering race in the park area "Coburger Hofgarten" below Coburg Fortress Open, good runnable park terrain Final of the Bavarian Orienteering Tour 2012

Afternoon: Sightseeing in Coburg Guided tours through the Coburg Fortress ("Crown of Franconia") Guided tours in the historical town Permanent Orienteering Course in the "Coburger Hofgarten" --- Bus transfer to Bamberg --- Evening: final evening with franconian buffet and prize giving Comfortable ending of the Bavarian Orienteering Tour in a traditional Franconian restaurant Ideal atmosphere for honoring the overall best of the series (Accommodation in Bamberg)
