A) Inclusive Package
Included services:

Cancellations:
Please understand that in dependence on our partners (hotels, bus), we have to set the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation until 29/02/2012: Double € 20 Single € 20Cancellation from 01/03/2012: Double € 220 Single € 330Cancellation from 15/04/2012: Double € 330 Single € 450- Cancellation from 15/05/2012: Double € 440 Single € 600
We recommend a trip cancellation insurance.
- For cancellations before 1st May 2012, the entry fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations from 1st May 2012 a refund of the entry fee is no longer possible.
Transfer to Bad Harzburg and Munich on 30th June 2012
A transfer back to Munich or on to Bad Harzburg is not included in the package price.
Transfer requests (by train or bus) for 30th June 2012 can be notified on the registration form. The price of transfer by train will be about € 70-80 to Bad Harzburg and about € 30-50 to Munich. In case of enough requests we can arrange buses for cheaper prices.
The final price cannot be fixed until we know the capacity to be needed. The transfer fees will not be charged yet and will have to be paid later.

C) Single Entries
Conditions:
- runner can choose the stages (also the prologue) he/she wants to enter for
- registration possible from 16th May with special registration form
Prices:
- Start fees:
Adults (1993 and older): € 13,- per stage
Teenagers (1994 and younger): € 8,- per stage
- Entries are only valid if the entry fee is received
within 14 days after registration!

- participation possibility for "self-drivers" (by car or caravan)
- self-booking of accommodation or camping
- possibility of participation in up to 7 orienteering events (prologue + 6 stages with overall ranking, the best 4 results will count).
- information material and brochures about the sights and orienteering events
